Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vonlo.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Vonlo, including videos, and all content generated by Vonlo on your behalf.

By uploading content to Vonlo, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when your content is deleted.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal material of any kind
• Is designed to harass, harm, or defame any individual or group
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

You agree not to:

• Use Vonlo to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicence the service without written permission
• Use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal usage

Vonlo offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Vonlo uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your video transcripts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
• Vonlo does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. This will permanently delete all your data including generations, history, and profile information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to other users or the platform, with or without notice.
